  • Super Following is free. In return we ask for a short profile, once, when you sign up.
  • The pages you follow see anonymous totals only, such as age ranges and interests, and only for groups above a minimum number of people.
  • They never see your name, email address, phone number or date of birth.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • You can change your profile and interests, unfollow any page, or close your account at any time.

3. What we hold as you use your account

The pages you Super FollowThe list you see under Following, so that each page knows it counts you among its Super Followers and its messages reach you.
Your super boxThe messages the pages you follow send you, delivered to your account without the page ever seeing your contact details.
Technical dataIP address, browser and device type, and sign-in and security logs, used to keep the account and the service secure.

4. What the pages you follow see

A page you Super Follow never receives your name, email address, phone number or date of birth. What its owner sees is anonymous totals across its Super Followers, such as age ranges and interests. A total is shown only once enough people share the same answer, so that no total can single you out.

When a page sends a message to its Super Followers, follow.best delivers it to your super box: the page does not get your contact details to do so.

5. Why we use your data, and on what basis

  • To run your account and the Super Follow service: sign-in, your follows, your super box. Necessary to provide the service you sign up for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To build the anonymous totals page owners see, from your date of birth, gender and interests. Based on the consent you give by ticking the box at sign-up (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To keep accounts secure, including verifying and recovering your account with your phone number, and preventing abuse. Our legitimate interest in a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Because the profile is what Super Following asks in return for being free, withdrawing your consent means closing your account. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

6. Who else handles it

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The follow.best app is hosted by Railway, and the follow.best website by Cloudflare, each acting as our processor. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the safeguards in Section 10 of the internet.Best privacy policy apply.

7. How long we keep it

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is open, plus 12 months after you close it, then deleted or anonymised. Security and access logs are kept for 12 months.

8. Your choices and your rights

  • Change your profile and your interests at any time, under Profile and Interests in the app.
  • Unfollow any page in one tap, under Following.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, its correction or erasure, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to the privacy contact above. We answer within one month.
